4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation via email, but this does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the courier service and your location. We offer free standard UK delivery on qualifying orders.

Signature may be required upon delivery for age verification purposes. If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card with collection or re-delivery instructions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. The following conditions apply:

• Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• E-liquids and consumable items cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations.
